The printable Wit & Delight monthly and weekly planner pages hang on a bulletin board in a home office that's drenched in afternoon sunlight

After five years of publishing our linen planner at Target, I thought I’d always be a bound-planner person. Turns out, I’m not.

When we couldn’t produce the physical 2026 edition (tariffs, leadership changes, the usual suspects), I created a digital, printable planner for our longtime users. What I discovered: This format works better for how I actually plan.

I don’t fill out planners consistently. I never have. Some weeks, I need detailed time blocking. Other weeks, I need one simple list. The printable planner format gives me permission to use the planner exactly how I need to, without the guilt of blank pages staring back at me. I can print a fresh weekly sheet when my planning gets messy, which it does. Often.

This is low-stakes, functional planning. No pressure to write neatly or start the year “right.” Just the pages you need, when you need them.

The Wit & Delight Printable Planner: What You Get

The same design our readers have used since 2020, now undated, printable, and equipped with a few new bells and whistles:

Monthly overview and goal-setting pages

Weekly planning spreads

Daily pages for task lists, priorities, and time blocking (new addition!)

Meal planning and grocery pages (new addition!)

Notes pages for brain dumps

How I Use My Printable Planner for Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Organization

At the start of each month, I print the monthly overview and map out what’s actually happening—deadlines, travel, the rhythm of the weeks ahead. This is where I set intentions, not goals. I need to see the month as a whole before I can plan the parts.

This is low-stakes, functional planning. No pressure to write neatly or start the year “right.” Just the pages you need, when you need them.

For weekly planning, I print what I need based on the week ahead. A busy week with lots of moving parts gets the full weekly spread plus daily pages. A lighter week might just be the weekly overview and notes pages. I’ve stopped trying to maintain one perfect system. These sheets adapt to my life, not the other way around.

Our linen planner has been at Target since 2020. This year, we couldn’t make it work. Production costs, shifting retail priorities, all of it. I still wanted to create something for the people who’ve used it year after year, and I’m genuinely glad this printable planner is where we landed. It’s a better fit for how I work, and I think it might be for you, too.
