Looking Back, Moving Forward: A Year of Growth and Connection at Innovators Alliance

As 2025 comes to a close, Innovators Alliance celebrates a year of meaningful connection, bold learning, and strong momentum across our expanding network. Our Chapter meetings are at the heart of who we are – the most valuable part of membership and the anchor of our community. Month after month, members came together for three hours of focused dialogue, peer insight, and practical problem-solving. These sessions continue to be where breakthroughs happen, relationships deepen, and leaders grow.

We extend our deepest thanks to our Chapter Chairs, whose steady leadership and thoughtful facilitation make these gatherings so impactful. Their commitment elevates the experience for every member, and we are grateful for the energy and expertise they bring to our chapters.

This year also saw a renewed emphasis on accountability – individually, within chapters, and across the network. To support this priority, we enhanced our member portal with tools inspired by the EOS Vision/Traction Organizer, with thanks to Jeremy Robinson EOS Implementer, offering members greater structure for reflection, planning, and execution.

Learning opportunities continued well beyond chapter rooms. We hosted more than a dozen webinar events on topics that matter most to our members: growth, accountability, KPIs, health and well-being, and inspired leadership. Our footprint expanded as well, with the launch of our Niagara Chapter, our second Innovation Leader Chapter, and—most recently—our new Kingston Chapter, strengthening IA’s presence across Ontario.

This growth has been energizing: 18 new members have joined the Innovators Alliance community since the start of the year, bringing fresh perspectives, diverse experiences, and strengthened connections that continue to make IA such a dynamic and valuable network.

Our two Power Meetings added even greater energy and insight to the year. This year’s Fresh Thinking Shared event –  Thriving in Uncertain Times – The New Playbook for Entrepreneurs explored navigating disruption, the realities of the AI revolution, and lessons from leaders on the front lines of change. This year’s Innovation Exchange, Smarter, Faster, Further prompted deep reflection on scaling intentionally in a rapidly shifting world.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with optimism and purpose. Thank you for your trust, your energy, and your commitment to advancing innovation and growth for leaders in Ontario. Wishing you a restorative holiday season and an inspired start to the new year.
