Negosentro | SB Finance Partners with XISCO to Provide Employees with Accessible Salary Loans through eSALAD | SB Finance, Inc., a leading consumer finance company backed by Security Bank and Krungsri, has entered into a partnership with Xceptional International Services and Safety Corporation (XISCO) to roll out its eSALAD program to the company’s employees.

Through this partnership, XISCO employees will now have convenient access to salary-deducted loans, helping them cover essential needs such as education, medical expenses, home improvements, and other personal milestones.

Employees can borrow from PhP 10,000 up to PhP 2 million, with payment terms of up to 36 months, and repayments automatically deducted from their monthly salaries.

“This collaboration reflects our commitment to financial inclusion—bringing accessible, transparent, and convenient loan solutions directly to Filipino workers through their employers. With eSALAD, employees can better manage their financial needs with confidence, without the usual stress of traditional loan processes,” said SB Finance Head of Corporate Employee Loan Jas Gaa.

XISCO leadership also expressed their support, noting that the partnership will give their workforce greater financial flexibility and security, especially for urgent or life-improving expenses.

“At XISCO, we believe that employee welfare goes beyond the workplace. Partnering with SB Finance allows us to give our people not only financial access, but also peace of mind—knowing that when life’s needs arise, they have a trusted partner to rely on,” President and CEO of XISCO Tristan Dumlao said.

By combining SB Finance’s expertise in consumer lending with XISCO’s commitment to employee welfare, the partnership underscores how businesses can empower their people with financial tools that build stability and opportunity.

Available to accredited companies, the eSALAD offers a fully digital journey from application to after-sales via SMS or online, with minimal requirements and fast approval. It helps boosts retention and morale in companies without adding financial risk or administrative burden, making it a practical benefit program that supports both workforce wellness and company productivity.

The partnership was made possible through the help of Security Bank Sales Officer Kim Larryjie Guno, SB Finance eSALAD Account Officer Roselle Cafranca, XISCO Senior Treasury Specialist Ma. Aileen L. Vivas, and XISCO People Services Director Quency Reyes.

Other companies who wish to offer eSALAD to their employees only need to connect with SB Finance’s team via www.sbfinance.com.ph. Accreditation is straightforward, and once onboarded, the workforce can immediately benefit from salary-deducted loans that are simple, secure, and accessible.
