Nataliya Becker brings a unique blend of executive coaching expertise and deep insights into
group dynamics to her role as a Chapter Chair at Innovators Alliance. As the founder of her own
boutique firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and team facilitation,
Nataliya has guided leaders and teams across industries, helping them achieve transformative
growth and sustainable performance.

IA: What does innovation mean to you?

Innovation is movement—a force that propels us up the spiral rather than letting us staystagnant or spiral downward. And in today’s world, change has changed—it’s happeningfaster than ever before. I believe there is no true neutral in life or business. We’re eithermoving forward or slipping backward—because while we might feel like we’re standing still, the world around us is shifting rapidly.

To me, innovation is choosing to move—to push against the boundaries of what’s possible, tospark new connections, and to continuously evolve in the face of uncertainty. Innovation in thesmall businesses is even more important as moves our whole society forward.

IA: What do you enjoy most about the IA community?

Two things stand out to me that I haven’t found anywhere else:1. Business owners, but human first – There’s a depth of connection here that makesyou feel like you’re never alone in your challenges. Everyone shows up as a wholeperson, not just as their business title.

2. True commitment to collective success – IA isn’t about fighting for a bigger slice ofthe pie; it’s about making the pie bigger for everyone. There’s a deep, underlyingbelief in collaboration over competition, and it shows in how we support each other. And of course, there’s zero BS in the room. Radical honesty and transparency are the norm, and every conversation, whether internal or with a guest speaker, is curated, relevant, anddeeply valuable—no fluff, no wasted time, no generic online content.

IA: What are your goals as an IA Chapter Chair?

My goal is that every member walks away from their monthly meeting knowing it was the mostvaluable four hours of their month—not just because it pushed their thinking, but because itrefilled their cup.

I want these meetings to be a place where members:

Reconnect with what truly matters—to themselves, their businesses, and their impact.
Hold themselves accountable—not just to their goals but to their bigger vision.
Build meaningful connections—reminding each other that they are never alone in theirchallenges.
Receive insights and resources—that shift their perspective and unlock new possibilities theywouldn’t have seen otherwise.

IA: How do you use your training as an executive coach and master facilitator to leadyour IA Chapter meetings?

I get a special kick out of those moments when conversations go beyond surface-level, whenwe crack open the real issue, and when I see that spark in someone’s eyes as they hit aninsight or breakthrough. That’s when I know real transformation is happening.

My approach is structured yet fluid—balancing the flow of conversation while ensuringeveryone feels heard, valued, and challenged. I listen beyond words, read the group’senergy, and ask thought-provoking questions that push the discussion deeper. And sometimes… I shake things up. Whether it’s introducing a timer, throwing in stickynotes, pairing people up, or running unexpected breakouts, I believe a little disruption canspark the best ideas. So far, the group has been very responsive to the occasional shake-up!

IA: What would you say to someone who is considering joining your Innovators Alliancechapter?

If you are:

Committed to growth
Willing to be pushed outside of your own thinking
Invested in others’ success
And love great company

Then this is the place for you. IA is more than just a network—it’s a community of innovators, challengers, and doers who are here to elevate each other and make bigger things happen. Ifthat resonates, then you’ll feel right at home here.
